in 1990 to remove the underground gas tanks.
*Their database says the tanks were removed.*

The Nebraska Department of Water, Energy & Environment shows (2) documents
were filed.
*In 1990 the first documents states “No further action” is required.
A person was present during the tank removal and reports minor soil contamination.
**The follow up document in 1992 shows the “Closure assessment report.”**
Meaning closure and the file.

The City Planning Department shows a permit was acquired in 1946 for the
addition of the Maintenance Storage Building.  This permit was approved by the city.

The latest survey done by K&M Land Surveying shows that a small portion of the
building addition in 1946, is over the property line, encroaching on Lot 28.
This encroachment should have no bearing on the salability or purchasing of this property.

Charter Title has stated that they will provide title insurance on this property
