Online Auctions Terms & Conditions

All Sales Are Final
All items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranties, guarantees, returns, or refunds. It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect item descriptions and ask questions prior to bidding.

No Returns or Refunds
Once a bid is placed and won, it is considered a binding agreement. No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required by the deadline stated in the auction terms. Accepted payment methods will be outlined for each auction.

Payment methods and procedures may vary depending on the auction. Some auctions allow in-person payments, while others require online payment only. Online payments will be charged a 5% online payment processing fee.

City and State sales tax will be added to all purchases.
